West End, NC – 30 girls have been named to the 2010 N.C. Girls’ All-State Golf Teams by the Carolinas Golf Association and the Tarheel Youth Golf Association honoring those junior golfers who have had the most success in amateur and junior golf events at the local, state, regional and national levels over the past 12 months. Among the top 30 players named, 10 of those juniors are Precision Golf students.
The girls first team is led by Victoria Allred of Pfafftown. Allred, who had seven top ten finishes in 16 events, has also been a top competitor on the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour in 2010. Allred is joined on the first team by Katie Kirk of Davidson and Andrea Robbins. Kirk, recently named Precision Girl of the Year, finished her year by winning the Precision Golf Girls’ Championship and the PKB Girls’ Tour Invitational. Andrea Robbins is a top 10 finisher on the PKB Order of Merit.
Precision students on the second and third teams include Taylor Allison, Emily Brooks, Hannah Craver, Lane Gakeler, Casey Ward, Morgan Cranford, and Taylor Penzer.
Robert Register made the Boys’ All-State Golf Team. Robert, a long time student of Precision, is headed to UNC Chapel Hill next year to play golf.
Congratulations to all Precision players!
