Cape Charles, Virginia – Precision Senior Instructor, Corey Maggard, earned the inaugural ODAC Jack Jensen Coach of the Year Award this year. Maggard, in his first year coaching the Quakers, helped guide Guilford to the success the program had been accustomed to under long-time mentor Jack Jensen, for which the ODAC top coaching honor is named. Maggard helped lead the Quakers to their 11th league crown and the ODAC’s best team round average heading into the conference championships at 297.4. Players recorded 20 top-ten and 10 top-five finishes this season, with junior Mat Hennick winning an individual title at the O’Briant-Jensen Invitational. Ranked No.1 in the nation for much of the season, the Quakers registered six second-place finishes and three third place showings, finishing no lower than third in nine events played throughout the fall and spring campaigns.
