Robert Linville - Rock Barn
For the second year in a row, Robert Linville, PGA is the CPGA Senior Professional Player of the Year. In senior “open” events, highlights include a victory at Rock Barn Golf & Spa, and second and third place finishes at Columbia C.C. and Mid Pines Inn & GC respectively. Linville also finished second at the CPGA Senior Professional Championship. He amassed 815.00 points during the 9 tournaments he participated in during 2011.
Linville qualified to play in the 2012 Senior Championship from his T-17 finish at the 23rd Southworth Senior PGA Professional National Championship. The 2012 Senior PGA Champion¬ship will be held May 24-27, 2012 at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Mich.
