GREENSBORO – June 24. – Precision Golf students take three out of the four spots in the semi-final round of the 43rd Annual NC Junior Championships. In the girls’ championship, medalist Kayla Sciupider of Etowah was defeated in the morning round matches by Casey Ward of Chapel Hill, 2&1. Ward, a student of Precision Golf School and Robert Linville, faced Madison Kennedy in the afternoon matchup. Ward lost a hard fought match to Madison Kennedy of Salisbury 2&1. Katherine Perry of Cary advanced to the semifinals defeating Taylor Penzer of Summerfield 1 up and Mallory Warrick of Wilson 5&4. Penzer, working with Chris Lowman of Precision Golf School, made a great showing against her fellow PGS student, Katherine Perry. Perry will face off against Maddison Kennedy in the first semifinals match. Evelyn Dole of Cary will play Andrea Robbins of Pleasant Garden in the second girls’ semifinals match. Dole and Robbins, both students of Robert Linville, will face off today for a spot in the finals of matchplay.
