Tennis Tip: How to Hit a Proper Forehand Using Your Legs
by Director of Instruction, Dave McCain

When hitting a good forehand a player must learn to use their legs. It is key that the player bend from their knees and not from their waist. Bending from the waist usually causes the ball to be hit in the net. The key to a good forehand is bending the knees, keeping your back straight, head up, shoulders level. Do these things and you will have a much better forehand.
