Shipping (USPS and UPS) to the lower 48 states of America for free on orders over $100.00. We can also ship APO/FPO destinations for free as well.
Shipping costs/Policies
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.
Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories?
Yes. We can ship certain items to APO/FPO destinations for free ground shipping. Items sent to U.S. Territories do not qualify for free shipping rate, and will be shipping at USPS Parcel Post rates.
Can you ship outside the United States?
No. Precision Online does not offer international shipping.
Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. For those occasions when you need something in a hurry, we offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select products at an additional charge. Premium delivery service options are available at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping options on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories.
Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
- We ship an incorrect product.
- We ship a broken or defective product.
- The carrier damages a product during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.
When can you expect delivery of your order?
Once you place an order with Precision Online, a proof will be available for you to view and confirm within 24 hours. Once approved, your order will ship within 24-72 hours. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is “In Progress”. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Specific ship times will be listed in the product page. Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take 4-6 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
Track your order
You can track your order by clicking on “My Account” located at the top of the Precision Online homepage. This will bring you to an account login page. If not logged in, please use your login and password to continue. Once under My Account, at the top under the menu Overview will be Previous Orders. This lists all your previous orders. Click on "View" for the order you want and it will bring up a detailed explanation of your order.
Order never received?
We strive to ship items accurately and use trackable service for almost every product on our Web site to try to prevent losing your item in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10-14 day time frame, please contact one of our customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue. Please note: Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories can not be tracked and may take as long as 20 business days to complete delivery. |
