Precision Spring Futures Tournament Success!

Greensboro, NC – Precision hosted its annual Futures Tournament at Bur-Mil Park this weekend.  The tournament invited kids from around the state to compete against each other in this weekend event.  The tournament featured draws from 8s to 18s with both girls and boys divisions.
Precision students, Joseph Flesch, stood out as the 8 & under champion.   Runner-up was Precision student, Isabella Romine.  Sarah Nicholson also took home consolation winner of the Girls 14s division.

We have come a long ways since the first QuickStart class I ever taught last March.  The first student to sign up in my class was a 4 year old that is still with us and now hitting better than most of the 7 and 8 year olds.  Tennis is growing at a rapid rate, and I am finally seeing instructors take their knowledge to the QuickStart courts.

Scott Harvey and Patrick Brady Win 60th Carolinas Four-Ball

Camden, SC (5/8/11) – Friends of Precision, Patrick Brady of Reidsville, NC and Scott Harvey of Greensboro, NC captured the Carolinas Four-Ball Championship at Camden Country Club, 4 and 3 over qualifying medalists Bryan Newton of Gray Court, SC and Bret Boulware of Greenville, SC. Brady and Harvey, each who has never won a CGA championship, capitalized on a four-under par round through 15 holes to take their first CGA win.

Brooks takes title at PKBGT SC University Classic

Congratulations to Precision student, Emily Brooks, who shot even par  in the final round to earn her the three shot victory!
Greenville, SC — The girls’ of the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour were at Furman Golf Club this past weekend for the SC University Classic.
